Nancy Regan is an accomplished facilitator who uses her energy and diverse experience to increase organizations’ strengths and performance. She draws from 15 years of experience in a number of industries, including consumer package goods, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, recreation, technology and financial services, to create customized solutions that deliver organizational and team results.

Nancy has led a number of interactive, performance-based programs that focus on key areas of leadership including performance management, coaching, interpersonal management, communications skills and team building.
