  4. Objective: To provide insights and expertise on how to layer on a generational perspective to an employee brand promise; identify key messages and prepare participants to implement recommendations

  5. Final Report
  6. Objective: To provide recommendations (strategies and tactics) for how to demonstrate organizational engagement in the communication and execution of your employee brand promise. If recommendations are implemented by n-gen, we provide a final report on the implementation & success metrics
