  2. Objective: To assess & evaluate existing processes and programs to identify gaps, establish success metrics and provide recommendations

  3. Facilitated meeting / workshop
  4. Objective: To provide insights and expertise on how to layer on a generational perspective to recruitment practices and prepare participants (recruiters, hiring managers and sponsors) to implement recommendations

  5. Final Report

  6. Objective: To provide recommendations (strategies and tactics) for how to demonstrate organizational engagement in the recruitment process. If recommendations are implemented by n-gen, we provide a final report on the implementation & success metrics
