Online Engagement Survey

Increasing employee engagement – defined as the expenditure of discretionary effort, emotional connection and acceptance of accountability – requires that your leaders and managers demonstrate organizational engagement – defined as transparency, responsiveness, and partnering.  n-gen will partner with your organization to design a customized online engagement survey to measure your level of organizational engagement.  A blend of quantitative and qualitative questions can be used. Our unique approach is to craft clear, concise, behavioural based questions that focus on key business areas. We deploy the survey online (or paper based where necessary) using interactive flash media designed to increase completion rates.
