Train-the -Trainer
Yesterday’s business leaders need a MBA – a masters of business administration
Tomorrow’s business leaders need an MPA – a masters of people administration
Leaders, managers and supervisors often require support in learning the competencies and skills to lead and manage a multigenerational workforce. By understanding the generational identities of Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Gen Ys, managers will be able to better engage, motivate and retain employees. They will also be able to identify the impact and implications of a multigenerational workforce on achieving business goals and overall organizational performance.
Our train-the-trainer program is a customized half-day or full-day version of our very popular general management program “Four Generations – Four Approaches to Work” which focuses on how to effectively manage and lead multigenerational teams. The program is fully customized to your operational environment by including company specific examples, case studies and scenarios.
